For mortgage brokerages
Files complete sooner. Nothing slips.
Every document request and follow-up drafted in your voice and waiting for your ok each morning, so your day goes to clients and lenders, not your inbox.
30-minute call. Then a baseline week: where your hours go and what they cost.
Where the day goes.
Applicants wait while you look up what they still owe.
Rate shoppers go with whoever answers first.
Renewals and referrals slip while you chase today's deals.
What the assistant does.
Follow-ups, renewal check-ins and referral thank-yous drafted every morning. You approve with one tap.

Works alongside: Your email and calendar, Velocity, Finmo or Filogix Expert, and your CRM.
- Your client data stays with you
- You approve every message before it's sent
- Your data never trains a model
- No new system to learn
How it works
From first call to a working gear.
- 01
A 30-minute call.
You tell us where the hours go.
- 02
Baseline week.
We pick one task and one number and measure where you are today. You get a written map of where the hours go and what they cost.
- 03
Build.
We build it in your accounts, on your email, spreadsheets and CRM. You see it working on your own real examples, with names removed, before it goes live.
- 04
Before and after.
We measure the same number again.
Projects typically start at $5,000.

FAQ
What about…?
Does this replace Finmo's document collection?
No. If your submission system already collects documents well, the assistant works around it: it drafts the reminders and follow-ups and keeps the picture in one place for you.
Who sends what to the client?
You do. The assistant drafts; nothing reaches an applicant without your ok.
Will it replace my assistant?
No. It prepares the drafts, notes and reminders your assistant types today, so they can spend their time on clients. You and your team decide what goes out.
What happens to client data?
It stays in your accounts. The AI runs under your firm's own agreements, and business APIs are contractually barred from training on your data. Details: How we handle your data.
What if it doesn't work for us?
You'll know before you commit to a build. The baseline week shows where the hours actually go, and we show the tool working on your own real examples, with names removed. After the build we measure the same number again.
Do we need new software?
No. It works in your email, your spreadsheets and the system you already use.
What does it cost?
It depends on the task, so we quote after the first call and the baseline week. Projects typically start at $5,000.
Where do your team's hours go?
Tell us a little about your business. We'll reply within two business days.
