For RCICs and immigration practices

Know what every client still owes, without asking twice.

Document checklists, reminders and status updates prepared for each file, on top of the case software you already use. You approve every message.

30-minute call. Then a baseline week: where your hours go and what they cost.

Where the day goes.

What each client still owes lives in someone's head.

"Any update on my file?" calls eat the afternoon.

Clients arrive with answers from ChatGPT that you have to untangle first.

What the assistant does.

Intake

Asks the eligibility questions you'd ask in the first consult and hands you a structured summary, before you spend an hour on the call.

Morning Brief

Status updates and follow-ups drafted for your ok, in the client's language when needed.

Documents

A checklist per program and per client, polite reminders, and one clear status for every file.

Works alongside: Your email, Visto or Officio, and your spreadsheets.

  • Your client data stays with you
  • You approve every message before it's sent
  • Your data never trains a model
  • No new system to learn

How it works

From first call to a working gear.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call.

You tell us where the hours go.

  2. 02

    Baseline week.

We pick one task and one number and measure where you are today. You get a written map of where the hours go and what they cost.

  3. 03

    Build.

We build it in your accounts, on your email, spreadsheets and CRM. You see it working on your own real examples, with names removed, before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Before and after.

We measure the same number again.

Projects typically start at $5,000.

FAQ

What about…?

Does it fill IRCC forms for me?

Not by default. The assistant prepares the client's information and documents. You remain responsible for what is submitted.

Who is accountable?

You are, as a licensee. That's why every message and summary waits for your review.

Will it replace my assistant?

No. It prepares the drafts, notes and reminders your assistant types today, so they can spend their time on clients. You and your team decide what goes out.

What happens to client data?

It stays in your accounts. The AI runs under your firm's own agreements, and business APIs are contractually barred from training on your data. Details: How we handle your data.

What if it doesn't work for us?

You'll know before you commit to a build. The baseline week shows where the hours actually go, and we show the tool working on your own real examples, with names removed. After the build we measure the same number again.

Do we need new software?

No. It works in your email, your spreadsheets and the system you already use.

What does it cost?

It depends on the task, so we quote after the first call and the baseline week. Projects typically start at $5,000.

Where do your team's hours go?

Tell us a little about your business. We'll reply within two business days.

We'll use this only to reply to you.
